iCtrl (I Control) Established, Takes Majority Stake in Elem3nts
Hasselt, 21 December 2023 – Today, Alex Vandereycken, alongside 'veteran-partner' Peter Moerman, proudly announces the establishment of the investment company iCtrl (I Control). The company has simultaneously acquired a majority stake in Elem3nts, the brainchild of Sylvio Rodriguez, renowned for its expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) software.
iCtrl's mission, as articulated by Vandereycken, is to invest in IT companies aligning with Scapta's offerings, concentrating on the optimization of digital processes. The inaugural partnership with Elem3nts exemplifies this strategy, marking a significant step in synergizing the capabilities of both entities.
Elem3nts, led by Sylvio Rodriguez, stands as a prominent figure in the (Power)BI arena, boasting a clientele including industry leaders such as Belisol, Bancontact, Payconiq, and Tenneco. Rodriguez, an established author in the BI domain, brings a wealth of experience, with approximately 80 clients under his stewardship.
According to Vandereycken, Elem3nts' forte lies in financial reporting, a valuable asset that will be augmented further. "We plan to expand the team of seasoned ERP consultants specializing in this domain and integrate new technical skills. This approach ensures the utilization of data for every BI project, irrespective of the ERP or CRM system in use. Recognizing the critical need for accurate figures, we have aptly named our venture iCtrl or, in full, I Control."
iCtrl remains open to additional partnerships and does not rule out the possibility of future investments in non-Microsoft-related solutions. This strategic approach aims to diversify the company's portfolio and offer a broader range of solutions to its clientele.
